Meet the Medellín Jetfuel- a 985 Signature It starts with a long black- a method that delivers intense espresso flavor while keeping it smooth. Unlike an americano (which dilutes espresso with water) a long black is made by pouring the espresso shots over water, preserving the crema and giving it a richer, fuller taste. Sourced from world- renowned coffee growing regions, our beans thrive in high altitude conditions producing a well balanced flavor and vibrant acidity.
